Town hotel with tranquil walled garden
A local legend, this charming hotel, now in its fourth generation and with over 100 years of history, was the first hotel (and for some time, the only hotel) in the Montsant-Priorat wine region.
Its central location in Falset, the ‘nerve centre’ and largest town in the area, makes it the perfect base to explore the whole area whilst having a good selection of restaurants and shops just nearby.
Renovated in 2008, the hotel features 26 rooms decorated in a classic style with wooden beams and furniture. There’s a large dining room, a public bar with terrace and several lounges to relax in, but the secret charm of the hotel is its large, leafy, walled garden at the rear, full of nooks and crannies in which to cool down after a long day exploring El Priorat.
