Located in Cornudella del Monsant, a lively little town set beside the stunning mountains of Montsant and just a stone’s throw from picture-postcard village of Siurana, this delightful small hotel provides an excellent base for exploring El Priorat, whether you are seeking an active holiday or simply want to discover the towns and the wineries.

Housed in an elegant townhouse from 1880 that has been fully restored and renovated by the owner, who has an excellent eye for interior design and a flair for customer service, the hotel has seven uniquely decorated rooms, each with its own distinctive style.

The first-floor reception is casual and inviting and doubles as the tour-desk, where the owners will be happy to give advice and help with booking activities. In the stylish lounge next door you can help yourself to tea, coffee and fresh water throughout the day.

The restaurant, located in the cosy basement, is a good option for an informal dinner, book ahead their set menu and enjoy their own wines. The hotel also has a cellar and a tasting room next door where clients can sample wines from their own vineyards and from the Priorat region.

In the Aura ‘gastronomic space’, the cool and shady ground floor dining room, the hotel offer a selection of hot and cold menus featuring local delicacies and wines at lunchtime and evening meal. Room service is also available.

An extensive breakfast menu is served to table in the dining room featuring locally sourced and homemade products, fresh juice and coffee.

Water, tea and coffee are available free of charge in the room and in the lounge area next to reception.

The hotel have their own wine cellar and a dedicated space just next door where they offer tastings (which can be combined with a visit to the vineyards).
