Whilst the village of Biescas itself is free from ski-lifts etc the infrastructure in Panticosa nearby is open during summer giving easy access to the high mountains. The Ordesa National Park and its dramatic karstic canyon are worth a visit, it's only a 30-minute drive from Biescas, you can't miss the undisputed highlight of the Pyrenees!
